At Azeno ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to love your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on getazeno.com (formerly tryazeno.com). This policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our Products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 90 days of the date your order was delivered.
Because our Products are cosmetics applied directly to the body, this guarantee applies to a reasonable trial of the Product — you do not need to return an unopened item to qualify, but we may ask you to return remaining product or provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to limit the guarantee to one claim per customer or household and to decline requests where abuse or fraud is suspected.
2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions, including the return address if a physical return is required. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
3. Refunds
Once your request is approved (and any required return is received), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your original charge appears on your statement as "Azeno" or "tryazeno.com", and any refund will reference the same.
4. Return Shipping
If you are asked to return a Product, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 6). We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you'd like a different Product, the fastest option is to request a refund for your original order (per this policy) and place a new order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@getazeno.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including any shipping you paid), at no cost to you.
7. Membership Subscription Refunds
The Azeno digital membership includes a 2-week free trial, after which it renews at $39.95 every 28 days until cancelled. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee above applies to Product purchases, not to recurring membership fees.
- You may cancel your membership at any time, with no commitment, by emailing support@getazeno.com or using our contact form. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your free trial ends or before your next 28-day renewal date.
- Cancellation stops all future charges. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to approve refunds or returns when:
- The request is made more than 90 days after delivery (Products) or for membership fees already charged;
- The claim exceeds the one-per-customer/household limit, or fraud or abuse is suspected;
- The Product was purchased from a third-party reseller rather than getazeno.com.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order or charge, please contact us first — we're glad to help and most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who file fraudulent disputes.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to orders placed after it is posted.
