Subscription & Membership Policy

This Subscription & Membership Policy explains how the Azeno digital membership ("Membership") works, including the free trial, recurring billing, and how to cancel. It is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By enrolling in the Membership, you agree to the terms below.

Please read this carefully — the Membership involves a recurring, automatically renewing charge.


1. What the Membership Is

When you purchase a Product at discounted member pricing, you enroll in the Azeno digital Membership. The Membership is a digital subscription that gives you access to member benefits, including:

  • Monthly newsletters
  • Ebooks
  • Discounted pricing on Azeno Products

The Membership is for personal use only and is offered to customers in the United States.

2. Free Trial

Your Membership begins with a 2-week (14-day) free trial. During the trial you can enjoy member benefits at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Membership automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged as described below.

3. Billing & Automatic Renewal

By enrolling, you authorize Azeno (and its payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel:

  • First charge: $39.95, charged when your 2-week free trial ends.
  • Renewals: $39.95 every 28 days thereafter, automatically, until you cancel.
  • Charges continue automatically and indefinitely until cancellation — there is no fixed end date.

Your charges will appear on your card or bank statement as "Azeno" or "tryazeno.com."

Before you complete enrollment, we disclose the free-trial length, the amount of each charge, the billing frequency, and the date your first charge will occur, and you must affirmatively agree to these terms (for example, by checking a consent box at checkout). Prices may change as described in Section 6.

4. How to Cancel — Anytime, No Commitment

You may cancel your Membership at any time, with no commitment. To cancel:

To avoid being charged, please cancel before your free trial ends, or before your next 28-day renewal date. Cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles and stops all future charges. You will retain member benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for.

We will confirm your cancellation by email.

5. Refunds

The Membership has no long-term commitment, and you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. However, Membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge already processed.

Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee applies to Product purchases and does not apply to recurring Membership fees. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

6. Changes to Pricing or Benefits

We may change the Membership price, billing frequency, or benefits. If we make a material change to your recurring charge, we will provide advance notice by email and, where required by law, obtain your consent before the new terms take effect. If you don't agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Failed Payments

If a charge is declined, we may retry the payment and/or pause your member benefits until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to enroll. One Membership and one free trial are permitted per customer or household; we reserve the right to decline enrollment or cancel Memberships where abuse or fraud is suspected.
